At Robolink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Log into your Robolink account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
